At Artistrying.com, we take pride in the quality and professionalism of our work in photography, videography, graphic design, and social media management. Because our services are customized, time-intensive, and creative in nature, we operate under a strict no-refund policy.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Policy - the basics
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or returns on:

Deposits
-
Completed services
-
In-progress work
-
Digital or downloadable files
-
Prepaid sessions or packages
This applies regardless of scheduling conflicts, personal reasons, or changes in preference.
2. Limited Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare and specific cases:

We are unable to deliver the final product due to permanent loss or corruption of essential files on our end.

We are unable to complete the service at all due to internal factors beyond our control and responsibility.
In these situations, we may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the amount of work already completed.
3. Delays or Reschedules
A delay in delivery or a client rescheduling does not qualify for a refund. We will work in good faith to complete the service within a reasonable and agreed-upon time.
4. Client Responsibility
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Client delays, no-shows, or lack of communication
Unresponsiveness during project collaboration
Personal dissatisfaction without proper feedback or opportunity for revisions
Unused hours in a retainer or package
5. Digital File Policy
Once digital files (photos, videos, designs, etc.) have been delivered—either in part or in full—no refund or reversal will be considered.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in legal action or permanent denial of future services.
7. Rescheduling vs. Cancellation
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate. However, cancellations or missed appointments do not qualify for a refund under any circumstance unless explicitly stated in a separate contract.
8. Final Approval
Once a project is approved and finalized by the client, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.
9. Policy Acknowledgment
By booking a service or making payment through Artistrying.com, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
